HP Civil Inc was incorporated in 2014. We are an ever-growing Oregon-based Heavy Civil General Contractor specializing in bridges, highways, water and wastewater treatment plant work throughout the Pacific Northwest. Our main office is located just outside of Salem, Oregon.

Self-Perform Work

HP Civil Inc self-performs the critical portions of our projects in order to maintain control of the quality of the product and the delivery schedule. This includes all construction management, site work, pile driving, structural concrete, steel erection, crane work, and bridge mechanical components.
